Shipping policy

At Atelier Partagé, I take pride in providing my customers with high-quality products that are mostly made on demand. As a result, I kindly ask my customers to understand that the delivery time for their order may take longer. All orders will be processed as soon as possible during business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of payment confirmation. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for your item to be delivered. I do keep a small stock in my Atelier so perhaps your order will be dispatched in the next 3 days after payment confirmation. I assure you that the wait is worth it. Thank you for your understanding. 

Orders are shipped worldwide. All items are shipped from the Netherlands through reputable shipping carriers such as PostNL or DHL.

For international shipments, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Delivery times can vary based on the location of the recipient.

If you are in Haarlem Center, Noord Holland, NL neighborhood, I will be happy to offer you a pick-up option after receiving payment confirmation. Please contact me via email or Instagram to arrange time and location of pick up.
